I lost my password. Can I reset it?
No. The torzon market does not store email addresses for security reasons. If you lose your password and your PGP key is not attached to your account, your account is lost forever. If you have your PGP key, you can use the 2FA recovery option on the torzon login page.
Why is my account restricted?
New accounts on the torzon darknet have spending limits to prevent fraud. You must complete 3 successful orders to lift these restrictions. Additionally, accessing the site via a suspicious exit node may trigger temporary read-only mode.

Orders & Escrow

How does the Escrow system work?
When you place an order on a torzon shop, your coins are moved to a multisig address controlled by the market. The vendor sees the order but does not receive the money yet. Once you receive the item and click "Finalize", the funds are released. If you do not finalize within 14 days, it auto-finalizes.
What is FE (Finalize Early)?
FE means you release the funds to the vendor immediately after they mark the order as shipped. This is high risk. Only use FE with trusted vendors found on our verified torzon vendors list. We do not refund FE orders if the vendor scams you.

Technical Issues

The TorZon link is not loading.
The Tor network is often under heavy load. If the main torzon url is down, try one of the mirrors from our Mirrors page. Ensure your Tor Browser is updated and your system clock is synchronized.
My deposit is not showing up.
Bitcoin deposits require 2 confirmations. Monero deposits require 10 confirmations. This can take up to an hour depending on network congestion. If it has been over 24 hours, contact support with your transaction ID and your torzon marketplace username.
